All of the design-your-own totes and accessories under “Women” and “Collections” are custom made to order and cannot be returned for exchange or refund. This includes includes any items designed in the Leather Patch or Printed Monogram categories, including those that do not call for initials. All of our products, with or without initials, are custom due to the highly personal design of all the product details (style, pattern, leather, colors, etc).

We do not stock or inventory these items; each one is custom made just for you!

If we make a mistake or there is any defect upon arrival, please reach out to customer service within 15 days of receipt of your item.

All-leather items or canvas-with-leather items from the Men’s Leather Goods and Women’s Leather Goods section are eligibile for return as long as they are not personalized. Shipping costs are not refundable. Please reach out to customer service within 15 days of receipt for a return or an exchange.
