All of the design-your-own totes and accessories under “Women” and “Collections” are custom made to order and cannot be returned for exchange or refund. This includes includes any items designed in the Leather Patch or Printed Monogram categories, including those that do not call for initials. All of our products, with or without initials, are custom due to the highly personal design of all the product details (style, pattern, leather, colors, etc).
We do not stock or inventory these items; each one is custom made just for you!
If we make a mistake or there is any defect upon arrival, please reach out to customer service within 15 days of receipt of your item.

How soon will I get my order?
The regular delivery window is 10-14 calendar days from the day you place your order.
Can I expedite shipping?
No. We already ship the fastest FedEx air speed. At best, you can always email us before placing your order to inquire about the chances of delivery by a specific date. We will inquire with our production team about expediting production but there is no guarantee.
CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO OR CANCEL MY EXISTING ORDER?
It is very unlikely. All orders go into production within 12 hours of the order being placed. If you make a mistake when ordering, please contact us immediately and we will see if the order can be changed. However, there are no guarantees due to the rapid nature of our production process.
What are the bags and accessories made of?
Our ALL-LEATHER products are made with premium Florentine leather. Our PATTERNED products are made of durable, water-resistant nylon canvas, accented with premium Florentine leather details and lined with our custom Barrington poly-twill interior. Our popular Axis pattern products are also made with this nylon canvas and do not have a fur-like texture. All of our leathers are full-grain leather, which is the highest quality grade of leather, and includes all of the natural grain. Therefore, surface marks and variations are to be expected, and are seen as examples of the true character of the leather.
What is the best way to clean the outside of your bag?
We recommend taking a small amount of detergent, such as Oxy-Clean, and warm water and using a clean toothbrush to scrub the stained area. You can also try using a “wet ones” wipe, depending on what has gotten on your bag. You can scrub the printed part of the bag vigorously. The colors on the nylon-canvas will not fade. Try to stay away from the leather portions of the bag when scrubbing the stain.
Is the Monogram stripe painted or a piece of affixed ribbon/fabric?
No. The monogram stripes are printed onto the ballistic nylon exterior at the same time the background pattern chosen is printed. It is not in any way elevated, painted, a separate fabric, or otherwise.

If my product has a leather patch with my initials and my initials have changed, will Barrington replace the leather patch?
Unfortunately, we do not re-patch our products as it compromises the quality and appearance.

Are your animal prints actual fur?
No, all of our patterns, including animal patterns, are printed on nylon-canvas and are not a furry texture.
